Meet Corinne

Hey there!

My name is Corinne Grant and I’m the founder of award-winning, Wollondily based & online group fitness community, Limitless Fitness and Nutrition.

My mission is to make fitness as fun, feel good & exciting for women in the Wollondilly as possible. I’ve seen first hand how moving in a way you love transforms your mind + body- especially when done with a likeminded community. That’s what we’re all about here at LFN!

I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years & have been awarded the AusActive Group Fitness Instructor of the Year as well as a finalist for the Pilates instructor of the Year several times. Personal Trainer, Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor, Nutrition Coach and Health & Nutrition Presenter.

We’ve been awarded a number of awards including:

My passion is teaching uplifting, exciting & energising group fitness classes and love doing this in the form of Retro-robics, Matwork & Reformer Pilates and Strength & HIIT Classes!
