Join our Mums + Bubs Classes in 2024 🥳

Mums + Bubs is a group fitness class designed by award-winning group fitness instructor & Mum Safe trainer, Corinne. Incorporating all elements of fitness that mums need for optimal health including Pelvic Floor, Stretching, Pilates, Strength Training and (the ultimate stress release), boxing! Our goal is that from when you start to finish our class, you will feel ready to take on all the demands of motherhood with ease.

We’re running a $10 trial day where you’re welcome to come along, bring your kids & see if our classes are a great fit for you. All mums at all stages of their fitness journey are welcome.

You asked, we answered!

  • Strong Mums is a 45 minute full body workout designed for all women at all stages of their montherhood journey. Your class will consist of Warm-Ups & Muscle Activations, Core & Pelvic Floor work, strength & resistance Training, Pilates inspired work, along with boxing training. We’ve worked with mums of over a decade and we find this to be the best combination of training for optimal health, fitness & wellbeing.

  • You’re welcome to trial a Strong Mums class for $10 initially. After this, our classes are $30 per week, paid via direct debit. Spots are limited.

  • All classes are happening at the Bingara Gorge Park, located on Eather Street in Bingara Gorge. Both residents & no-residents are welcome to attend our classes. Classes will start at 9.40am on the dot, so please ensure you arrive a minimum of 5-10 minutes beforehand so that you & your children (if you’re bringing them) can settle in.

  • Yes, you’re welcome to bring your children along to our classes, however as we won’t be able to supervise them for you, we ask that you are comfortable with them being with you for your workout. As we are going to be training at Bingara Gorge Park, there is great sheltered space & play equipment for children.

  • We ensure all women at all stages of their motherhood journey are able to train with us. That said, if you’ve had a baby in the last year, we will require you to have sign off from your doctor and/ or Womens Health Physiotherapist to say you’re all good to go. We recommend all women, regardless of when they have had their children work with a Womens Health Physiotherapist.

  • Yes, absolutely you can! Our Strong Mums classes are for all women, regardless of what stage they’re at in their motherhood journey.

  • After your trial class, we’ll be in touch with you either as soon as the class is finished or 24 hours afterwards to see how you went. From here, you’re able to choose if you’d like to continue with us and book your spot for the term in. We only have limited spots each term so it’s always best to act fast on this
