Our Classes 🎉

  • Reformer Pilates

    If we had to choose our members love most, it would be our signature Reformer Pilates classes. Choose from Beginner freindly classes, Semi-Private (groups of 2) or our Small Group Classes (groups of 4). Reformer PIlates is fantastic if you’re new to or restarting your fitness journey as it takes the pressure off your joints & just makes movement fun.

  • Retro-robics

    This is a crowd favourite! 30-45 minutes of moderate intensity, high-vibe 80's style old school aerobics class. Wearing your lycra/ leg warmers and sweat bands is a MUST in this class . You'll be smiling from ear to ear while you sing some of your favourite tunes from yesteryear!

  • Pilates Power

    Join us in studio & online each week for Pilates Power. In this short, sharp 30 minute class, we use upbeat music & light hand weights to get a serious booty, abs and arm burn! 🔥

  • LFN HIIT

    30 minutes of High Intensity, HIIT style to the beat training. You'll use the beat to drive you forward, exceed your limits and come out the other end more stronger and fitter than you every could have imagined. You'll need your sweat towel handy!

  • LFN Strength

    Get ready to get strong! In our signature 30-minute class, you’ll use weights & resistance bands to work, strengthen & tone your upper & lower body and core muscles. This is a moderate intensity class & perfect for all fitness levels!

  • Matwork Pilates

    Every week, you’ll find out Matwork Pilates class running both in studio & online. In our matwork class, we’ll use resistance bands, light hand weights & our body weight to strengthen, tone and shape all the muscles in our body. Matwork Pilates is the perfect class for everyone of all fitness levels!

  • Bootcamp

    This isn’t your average bootcamp. Our 45 minute weekly bootcamp classes are designed to be fun, feel-good and leave you on an endorphin high. You’ll start your class with stretching & warm up games, follow that with strength & cardio based circuits, boxing, rope work & lots of team building games. Join the fun!
