1:1 & Small Group Personal Training
Working 1:1 with a Personal trainer is a surefire way to fasttrack you to reaching your fitness & health goals.
At LFN, we’ve been training clients for over 10 years & specialise in helping you create a healthy, supportive relationship with exercise and achieving your fitness goals in a sustainable and fun way. In each of our 1:1 sessions and Small Group Classes (a max of 4 people per class) you can expect a focus on building you from the inside out: focusing on core work + stretching, full body strength circuits, fitness games and additional core + strength training.
To us, Personal Training is a partnership and our goal is to keep giving you the tools to be able to support yourself along your journey outside of our sessions too.
