Mums & Bubs Classes in Bingara Gorge Park, Wilton

Our Wollondilly Mums + Bubs classes are a safe, supportive and judgement- free space for you to come to each week and be connected with likeminded mums. Whether you’re new to fitness, returning, or just looking to meet local mums in your community, our classes are the perfect place to start.

Not only are our Mums + Bubs a social space, they’re also a great placae to help you rebuild your body & mind, from the inside out! We incorporate all elements of fitness that mums need for optimal health including Pelvic Floor, Stretching, Pilates and Resistance/ Strength Training. Our goal is that from when you start to finish our class, you will feel ready to take on all the demands of motherhood with ease, whilt having fun.

Our Mums + Bubs classes return on Tuesday 21st + Wednesday 22nd January 2025 for 2 weeks of casual classes.
We’ll then be starting our 8 week blocks of classes from Tuesday 4th February.

You asked, we answered!

  • Not only is Mums + Bubs a great workout, but it’s also a great social + fun community for you to be a part of!

    Mums + Bubs class is a 45 minute full body workout designed for all women at all stages of their montherhood journey. Your class will consist of a group walk (with lots of time to chat), stretching, Core & Pelvic Floor work, strength & resistance Training and Pilates inspired core + glutes work. We’ve worked with mums of over a decade and we find this to be the best combination of training for optimal health, fitness & wellbeing.

  • You’re welcome to trial a Strong Mums class for $10 initially. After this, our classes are $150 for 8 weeks upfront, or $25 paid weekly.

  • All classes are happening at the Bingara Gorge Park, located on Ether Street in Bingara Gorge. Both residents & no-residents are welcome to attend our classes. Classes will start at 9.40am , so please ensure you arrive a minimum of 5-10 minutes beforehand so that you & your children (if you’re bringing them) can settle in.

  • Yes, of course you can- we strongly encourage & love it seeing bubs with their mummas! However as we'll be teaching the class, we won’t be able to supervise them for you. Not to worry though, we don’t mind when babies are unsettled and totally understand when you need to take a moment to tend to your little one.

  • We ensure all women at all stages of their motherhood journey are able to train with us. That said, if you’ve had a baby in the last year, we will require you to have sign off from your doctor and/ or Womens Health Physiotherapist to say you’re all good to go. We recommend all women, regardless of when they have had their children work with a Womens Health Physiotherapist.

  • Yes, absolutely you can! Our Mums + Bubs classes are for all women, regardless of what stage they’re at in their motherhood journey.

  • After your trial class, we’ll be in touch with you either as soon as the class is finished or 24 hours afterwards to see how you went. From here, you’re able to choose if you’d like to continue with us and book your spot for the term in. We only have limited spots each term so it’s always best to act fast on this.
