The ‘Doing it for Me’ Challenge is designed for all women wanting to kick start their fitness, nutrition and wellness in 2022.

Throughout the 14 days, you’ll have complete access to award-winning Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach & Women’s Health expert, Corinne Blight, participating in on-demand workouts (do them wherever you are, at a time that works for you), group nutrition coaching sessions, mini mindset sessions & an incredible, supportive community.

All workouts, workshops & sessions are short, sharp and bite-sized so you can fit them in around your busy life (we know life gets very busy, very fast!)

The 14 days will look like: 

Week 1: Monday 14th February – 20th February

-       4x 10-15 minute on-demand movement ‘snacks’ to get you up & moving- low- moderate intensity & Pilates focused workouts

-       Nutrition Coaching group session (30 minutes): Understanding the Basics of Good Nutrition + Nutrition Q & A

-       Mini Mindset session (15 minutes): Setting your 2022 fitness & wellness goals

-       Unlimited access to the tools, resources & community in the Online Facebook Community

Week 2: Monday 21st February – 27th February

Setting you up for success in 2022!

-       4x 10-15 minute on-demand movement ‘snacks’ to get you up & moving-- moderate intensity strength & Pilates based workouts to build muscle

-       Nutrition Coaching group session (30 minutes) – Healthy Food Swaps to make a healthier you in 2022! + Meal planning

-       Mini Mindset session (15 minutes): Checking in on your goals & strategies to stick to them in 2022

-       Unlimited access to the tools, resources & community in the Online Facebook Community
