Pilates is for everyone!

At LFN, our Online Women’s Pilates classes are all about making you feel good! Regardless of where you’re at in your fitness journey, our Pilates classes are designed to give you a fun & challenging workout, that will leave you feeling amazing.

In each class you’ll:

  • Start with going over the basics of Pilates

  • Do a series of core & conditioning work

  • Move into standing & floor booty work,

  • Follow that with some upper body conditioning

  • Finish with a blissful stretch sequence

Classes are run Live every Monday at 5.45pm- 6.30pm.

Can’t make the live class? That’s ok! We record & send to you each class once finished.
