Reformer Pilates

Our signature Reformer Pilates classes are about making you stronger. In our 40 minute classes, we incorporate core + abs, lower body  and upper body for the perfect full body session. The best part? All moves are choreographed to music, so each move just feels right! Choose from a small group class (4 people). a duet class (2 people) or get extra 1:1 support in our Private Pilates sessions.

Matwork Pilates

Get ready to feel every muscle in your body switch on 🔥

Our 40 minute Matwork classes are designed to be fun, fast & leave every muscle in your body feeling stronger than ever. Each class incorporates the use of equipment such as light weights, booty bands & Pilates circles for the perfect full body burn. You’ll get addicted to how good Pilates feels for your mind, body & soul.

Benefits: 

  • Creates a stronger, more supported core & pelvic floor

  • Great for creating and building strong, lean muscle

  • Improves your range of motion, flexibility

  • Is a great way to move if high impact training isn’t for you (i.e. due to injury)
