Bingara Gorge Mums + Bubs- 6 Week Block- 1 Class per week (paid in full)
Join our Bingara Gorge Mums + Bubs group fitness classes, happening every week at the Bingara Gorge Park. All mums at all stages of their motherhood journey (& their little ones) are welcome to join us.
These classes are running in a 8 week block starting from Tuesday 4th + Wednesday 5th February.
Spots are limited to just 10 places over the 6 weeks & we invite you to book your spot early to avoid missing out.
Our Mums + Bubs classes include the following elements:
A warm, supportive & judgement free community of local mums (& their bubs) to be a part of
Safe core & functional training for women at all stages of their motherhood journey
A fun, safe & judgement free environment to train weekly in
